The Douglass Leadership Institute is proud to partner with the Foundation for the Restoration of America and their Constitutional Study Program. Our namesake, Frederick Douglass, was an ardent defender of the constitution.  In a famous 1860 speech, Douglass remarked, “I only ask you to look at the American Constitution in the light of them, and you will see with me that no man is guaranteed a right of property in man, under the provisions of that instrument…” This program is an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about the US Constitution while supporting their educational goals.  Click below to learn more.
